At Livna, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

- The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item was purchased directly from our official website.
- You are able to provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to Request a Refund

- The reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Return of the Product
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product before processing your refund. If a return is required, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@livnaa.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day window.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly).
- Orders where delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@livnaa.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for a refund under the terms above.
